Casey Cade is an AI-powered text messaging companion designed for teens aged 13–17. The service is operated by Universio AI LLC. By using Casey Cade, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Casey Cade. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the service. By using Casey Cade, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Nature of the Service

Casey is an artificial intelligence. Casey is not a real person, not a licensed therapist, not a medical professional, and not an emergency service. Casey is designed to be a friendly conversational companion, but should never be relied upon for professional advice, crisis intervention, or emergency assistance. Subscriptions

Cades+ is an optional premium subscription available for $2.99/month. Subscriptions are auto-renewable and billed through Apple In-App Purchase. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

User Conduct & Messages

Messages you send to Casey are processed by AI to generate responses. You should not share sensitive personal information — including passwords, financial details, or other confidential data — in your conversations with Casey. You are responsible for the content of the messages you send.

Modifications & Disclaimers

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Casey Cade at any time, with or without notice. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that responses generated by the AI will be accurate or appropriate in all circumstances.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Universio AI LLC operates Casey Cade and is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

Information We Collect

When you use Casey Cade, we collect your phone number, the messages you exchange with Casey, basic usage data such as message frequency and session timing, and your subscription status. This information is necessary to provide and improve the service.

How We Use Your Information

Your messages are processed by AI — specifically Anthropic's Claude — in order to generate Casey's responses. We use usage data to maintain and improve the service. We may retain anonymized, aggregated usage statistics for analytics purposes.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share the content of your messages with advertisers. Your conversations with Casey are not used for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase with encryption at rest. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Subscription billing is handled entirely by Apple — we never see or store your payment details.

Children's Privacy

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@universio.ai. We will process your request and delete your personal data within a reasonable timeframe.
